Application fee per applicant: $75.00
Security Deposits: $500.00 up to 1 months rent - based on screening results.
Administrative fee: $350.00
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $350.00 1-pet, $500 for 2 pets
Monthly pet fee per animal: $35.00
Storage units: $65.00
Water and Sewer: Varies monthly billed 3-months in arrears
Electric: Sub metered, Based on usage
Utility Billing Fee: $3.25 not to exceed $4.25 monthly
NSF Fee: $45.00
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is 10% of base rent.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to two-months base rent

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $350

Comments: Nonrefundable fee per pet of $350 due at move-in. Monthly fee of $35 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

The Broderick is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
